Based on our continued growth and success, we are looking for an Asset Manager that will be a key member of our Asset Management division in our Glen Allen, Virginia corporate office.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ongoing communication to ownership about investment performance, market fundamentals, and recommendations for expenditures, leasing pursuit strategy.
• Quarterback the design, construction, and completion of tenant improvements and building improvements as warranted.
• Lead biweekly investor calls to review property performance, operations, and leasing.
• Guide Financial Analysts in their proforma and budget assumptions.
• Oversee cash management and sources/uses projections.
• Execute disposition strategy once business plan has been realized.
• Maintain healthy relationships with Lenders, overseeing the financial analysts in financial report delivery and loan covenant testing.

• Experience in executing and managing investment business plans across a variety of CRE product types.
• Experience leading individuals and teams to achieve goals.
