General Manager – Flynn Group
Flynn Wendy's, a leading franchise within the Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its 190+ Wendy's restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the restaurant team, ensuring a strong Wendy’s culture.
• Manage all operational and financial aspects of the location.
• Drive customer satisfaction through high‑quality food and service.
• Set and exceed benchmarks for food quality, labor, service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant general manager, preferably in a quick‑service restaurant with a heavy drive‑through operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
• Proven record of achieving operational benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Demonstrated passion for developing and leading high‑performing teams.
