Restaurant Manager – Clyde's Willow Creek Farm, Broadlands, VA

Join Clyde’s Restaurant Group to manage a historic dining experience at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm, an 18th‑century restored farm restaurant.

Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 / year (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonus Potential.

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop front‑of‑the‑house (FOH) employees.
• Create and post FOH weekly schedules and set specific service goals for the staff.
• Work the floor hands‑on by greeting guests, processing checks, and investigating & resolving customer complaints.
• Interact with guests to establish genuine, friendly rapport.
• Conduct daily menu classes and write agendas for and conduct departmental meetings.
• Direct employees in safety and health prevention measures.
• Assist in monthly inventory and attend and participate in weekly manager meetings.

• Hardworking, attentive, with a passion for hospitality and excellence.
• 2‑3 years’ experience as a dining room manager, preferably in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedication to providing exceptional guest service and value.
• Disciplined yet fair in enforcing performance standards and in employee development.
