POSITION SUMMARY As the dishwasher you will load and unload pots, pans, dishes, and silverware brought to the kitchen by the servers and server assistants while organizing them into trays for the washer. Commercial dishwashers are not always able to accommodate larger pans and pots so they may occasionally need to be washed by hand. Essential Functions Statement(s) Load, unload, wash, and organize all dishes within Messina Hof Harvest Green Take garbage and trash to dumpster area Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine Perform other duties as required including assisting other departments as needed
