Job DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Food Service/Monitor Positions
FLSA: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Contingent Upon Position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for all food services positions including cafeteria monitors:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent desired.
- Cooking experience in commercial or institutional food service operation desired.
- Ability to work well with students and staff.
- Highly motivated.
- Self-starter; able to work independently.
- Capable of performing moderately heavy physical tasks necessary to doing the job.
Additional qualifications for Manager position when available:
- S trong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook)
- Able to operate personal computer, laptop computer, peripheral computer equipment, photocopier, fax machine, and other office equipment with a high degree of skill.
