Primary duties include supervision of inmates in a kitchen environment to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans. In this role, you will train workers in methods of performing duties, as well as assign and coordinate work to promote the efficiency of operations. This person is also responsible for the sanitation of the facility and maintaining personal safety, by conforming to all standards and regulations.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a correctional facility. Background check required.

You will be eligible for a $500 sign-on retention bonus
, payable in the following installments: $250 after 30 days of continuous employment and $250 after 90 days of continuous employment
. Eligibility for each installment is contingent upon your active employment and satisfactory performance through the respective payment date. Any unpaid portion of the bonus will be forfeited if employment ends before the applicable vesting date.

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $18.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
