Café Mirage Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking supervisors for Café Mirage.This is a high-energy, quick-service food outlet that serves both the adventure park and the indoor water park. In this role,you’lllead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure consistent foodqualityand speed of service, and provide strong, hands-on leadership for teams delivering quick-serve and high-volume food production. You will ensure staff are well trained and energized to deliver quick, friendly service and quality food—so our guests can refuel without ever leaving the fun.

Pay Rate - $23 - $26/hr

• Oversee daily operations, including prep, service, and closing in a high-volume setting.
• Help lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes andmaintainingfood quality.
• Ensure fast ticket times, clean work spaces, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling food costs and waste.
• Coordinate with FOH and expo for smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.

• 3-5 years of progressive management experience in restaurant, quick-service, multi-unit concessions, hotel, resort, or family entertainment venue.
• Experience with high-volume operations is a must.
• Prior restaurant or fast-food experience is required.
• Prior experience managing inventory, foodcost,and labor costis required.
• Ability to be fluid and to lead with confidence and composure during high-occupancy times andinhigh-stress situations.
• Scheduleavailabilitymust be flexible; this includes early and late shifts. Weekend availability is a must.
