What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead collaboration across cross‑functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals
  • Curate and create advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and market trends
  • Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6–8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and AI tools to enhance enablement
  • Strong project management experience across diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, and Highspot
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
  • Experience in data‑driven problem‑solving and impact measurement
