- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role
- Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and AI tools to enhance enablement
- Strong project management experience across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills to foster trust and accountability
- Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, and Highspot
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Experience in data‑driven problem‑solving and impact measurement
