As a Plumbing Sales Representative, your day involves reviewing appointments, conducting consultations in homes or businesses, assessing plumbing needs, recommending solutions, educating clients about products and water‑efficiency options, developing tailored proposals, following up with clients, collaborating with plumbing and installation teams, and staying current with industry trends and regulations.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings

• Previous experience in plumbing, sales, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
