Virginia Farm Bureau is looking for a passionate Insurance Sales Agent to build relationships with community members, generate new business, and grow long‑term customer relationships.

• Prospect and develop new insurance business in the assigned market.
• Build lasting relationships with community members and organizations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Meet sales goals and achieve performance metrics.
• Complete required licensing training and maintain Property & Casualty and Life/Health & Annuities licenses.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for sales; prior sales experience helpful but not required.

• Open to obtaining required insurance licenses; company provides training.
