• Connect with local families and business owners to assess their specific insurance needs.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide genuine value to prospective clients.
• Manage your own calendar to ensure consistent outreach and follow-up activities.
• Maintain active communication with current clients to review their coverage as their lives change.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and refine our collective sales approach.
• Attend local events to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting connections within Yorktown.

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrable history of successfully managing a sales pipeline.
• Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for client consultations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with local networking or community involvement in the Yorktown area.
