Solutions Advisor

Comfortable Climate Heating and Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for a Home Solutions Advisor who knows how to build trust, identify homeowner needs, and confidently guide customers toward the right HVAC solution.

This is a consultative in-home sales position serving homeowners throughout the Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and Middle Peninsula markets. You'll meet with customers in their homes, evaluate their comfort needs, explain available options, and help them make an informed investment in their home.

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement opportunities
• Understand customer priorities, concerns, and budget considerations
• Recommend appropriate HVAC and home service solutions
• Build customized proposals and clearly communicate investment options
• Guide customers through the decision‑making and purchasing process
• Follow up with homeowners when additional consideration is needed
• Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff

We're looking for a proven in-home sales professional who is comfortable selling significant investments directly to homeowners.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous in-home sales experience is required
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, bath remodeling, or another home-service industry preferred
• A demonstrated history of closing residential sales
• Experience presenting and selling higher-ticket products or services
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills
• A professional, consultative approach rather than a high‑pressure sales style
• The ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, proposals, and the full sales cycle

$110,000–$145,000+ annual earning potential
