• Run full sewer replacement and repair projects with confidence and precision.
• Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment safely and expertly.
• Lead a small crew on job sites.
• Diagnose sewer failures, plan the dig, and execute the solution.
• Ensure all work meets code, quality, and All Tech performance standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and teammates.
• Use modern tools, tablets, camera systems, and new technology to document and execute each job.
• Keep the job site safe, clean, efficient, and ahead of schedule.

• 3+ years of sewer repair/replacement experience.
• Excavator operation experience (non‑negotiable).
• Strong leadership instincts—set the tone and drive the pace.
• Ability to read ground, plan dig lines, and troubleshoot obstacles.
• Pride in quality workmanship and safe operation.
