Collision Technician

Camping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician to join our growing team. A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self‑motivated, background in body/paint repair and well‑versed in all paint and body repair equipment.

• Provide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures. Determine best product for repair.
• Customize and repair RV in accordance with work orders. Execute work orders.
• Perform body and paint repair.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• Follow Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned and meet company established performance levels.

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.). Work experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.

Pay Range: $20.90 - $38.00 hourly.
