This is a skilled industrial electrician position requiring troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial automation and controls. The role involves fault identification, electrical or mechanical repairs, and working rotating day/night 12-hour shifts.

This is an hourly position with negotiable pay based on experience.

• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control systems associated with industrial machinery.
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment with maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain AC and DC drives and motors.
• Use maintenance software to troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Experience with Rockwell, Lenze, Bosch drives, and AB, Siemens PLCs is a plus.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs and assist during PM days.
• Lead a team to accomplish specific tasks or projects.
• Understand and apply NEC standards and company safety policies.
• Complete forklift training and maintain a forklift license.
• Work extended hours (up to 16 hours) when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the shop area.

5+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment, PLC troubleshooting, working with electrical systems up to 480V, and industrial controls.

Three years of electrical trade experience, including an apprenticeship, with knowledge of electrical codes, tools, and defect diagnosis.

High school diploma or equivalent, with training in logic controllers, circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
