Stucco Installer – Building Construction

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will specialize in applying stucco finishes to residential and commercial buildings, ensuring both aesthetic quality and structural durability. • Prepare surfaces for stucco application, including cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents.

• Mix, apply, and finish stucco materials according to project specifications.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications related to stucco installation.

• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Repair and maintain existing stucco surfaces as needed.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on schedule.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Provide guidance or mentorship to junior crew members when required.

• Proven experience as a stucco installer or similar role in building construction.

• Strong knowledge of stucco materials, techniques, and finishing methods.

• Ability to mix and apply stucco to achieve smooth or textured finishes.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools specific to stucco installation.

• Understanding of building codes, safety procedures, and construction standards.

• Good physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and working at heights.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in stucco installation or related construction work.

• Experience in both residential and commercial projects preferred.

• Full-time position; standard construction hours apply (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Flexibility for overtime or weekend work depending on project deadlines.

• Solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
