THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION: We are currently seeking individuals to lead our water mitigation teams in restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage.

Duties

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry
• Retrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job and arrives to work site
• Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control and manages technician(s) assigned to job
• Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency
• Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software
• May train new technicians or key operational team members
• Ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone

Qualifications/Experience

• Utilize customer service skills
• Maintain a professional/clean appearance
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs consistently
• We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule (Rotating on call basis)
• Certifications are preferred, but not required:
• ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
• FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
• OCT – Odor Control Technician
• WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
• Must be willing and able to work in hazardous conditions (Respirator fit test and hazardous training provided)
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check
• Must pass a criminal background check - NO felonies
