As a Technician you will install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers for residential and commercial customers. You will provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role involves indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings, and you will follow safety guidelines at all times.

• Install and service satellite dishes and receivers at customer locations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide expert advice on product solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and deliver timely resolution.
• Follow safety procedures and work in outdoor and indoor environments, including unheated or unair‑conditioned spaces.
• Complete records and reports accurately and on time.

• Dedication to customer service and a professional demeanor.
• Motivation to learn and master the latest technology solutions.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor‑vehicle‑record check.
• Flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a safety‑sensitive role.

• Must climb ladders, including 28‑ to 36‑foot ladders.
• Effort to lift 60‑80 pounds and carry a total body weight plus 25 lb of tools up to 375 lb.
• Work may involve kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Work performed in environments that are not heated or air‑conditioned and may be inside or outside.
