Location: Fort Lee
Topsarge Business Solutions seeks seasoned maintenance professionals to deliver Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and Additional Skill Identifier (ASI) instruction for the U.S. Army Ordnance School. In this role, the instructor provides comprehensive training across classroom, laboratory, bay, and field environments, following TRADOC-approved Programs of Instruction. Instructors will train Soldiers on technical, hands-on tasks and classroom academics in one (or more) of the following specialties:
91B, 91C, 91D, 91E, 91F, 91H, 91P, 91S, ASI H8 or ASI H9
Basic QualificationsHonorably discharged Veteran or civilian technician with ≥ 3 years hands-on technical and tactical experience in the specific MOS/ASI (see list above).
Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CFD-IC) (or equivalent within the last 5 years) – or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
TRADOC IMT Installation Staff & Contractors Course (ISCC) – or complete within 90 days.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in hot/cold outdoor conditions.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a NAC-I background check for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
ASIH8/H9:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL); ability to enter water/mud pits for recovery demos.91C / 91S / 91B: EPA Section 609 (Auto A/C) certification (held ≥ 3 years).
91E Welders:
Pass hands-on GTAW, GMAW, SMAW practical within 30 days.
