Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing many phases of commercial and industrial construction. We self-perform a variety construction tasks; carpentry, concrete, demolition, steel erection, door installations and more. We are looking for those who are self-driven and motivated to be a part a of the building process, willing to be hands on and involved in each project and work in varying weather conditions.

As a team member you will be expected to work alongside other Lantz team members contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, and vary from starting at 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Field Operations generally work 4 10-hour days depending on the job and weather conditions.)

Travel is primarily local during the business day and varies with position.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Interest in the construction field

• Technical school and hands on experience with varying tools and equipment

• Be at least 18 years of age
