Maintenance Tech

$21-21 / Hour Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to support reliable plant operations and production goals
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance as directed
• Install, repair and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans and other machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase power, 440-volt equipment and PLCs
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams and use precision tools and testing instruments to inspect equipment and identify faults
• Clean, lubricate and adjust machinery and replace worn or damaged components
• Communicate with operators and the maintenance planner about equipment issues, downtime and needed parts
• Prepare bills of materials, analyze equipment failures and participate in improvement projects
• Perform facility repairs, including carpentry, plumbing and painting
• Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements and applicable building and electrical codes
• Maintain a clean work area, report work-related incidents and complete other assigned duties
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of previous experience preferred
• Maintenance Certifications preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
