Junior C# Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Moon Township, PA that is seeking a full-time Junior C# Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team that supports state‑of‑the‑art transportation software for the trucking industry.

• Junior Developer will design and code in .NET Core using C#
• Design and code new REST APIs
• Interact with APIs in C# to push and pull data
• Provide daily updates on work assigned via our project management application
• As a Junior Developer, you will assist and support testing and maintenance of code
• Collaborate with project admins and engineers to understand and execute project requirements in a timely manner
• Accept feedback from customers and product teams and make adjustments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science desired
• Experience with .NET development
• Familiarity with the Microsoft stack
• Experience using MS SQL Server
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Java Script
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a distributed team
• Ability to multitask and adapt to quick changes in priorities

• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms is a plus
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
