The Recreation Desk Supervisor will serve as the direct contact for staff to report issues to. They will problem solve to make sure guests and staff are in a safe and enjoyable environment. We are looking for team leaders who are confident and possess strong customer service skills as well as leadership capabilities. Requirements include: knowledge of Resort recreational amenities, cash handling experience, and computer skills.

Previous supervisory and desk attendant experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is required, however, training is provided if necessary for the right candidate.

Typical Schedule:

Days: Varies, including weekends and holidays

Hours: Varies, including evenings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Train recreation staff on MFRC and Rink operating procedures and enforce department rules
  • Open and close the facility and ensure that daily paperwork and deposits are accurate and complete
  • Provide conflict meditation with guests, members and employees
  • Enforce and educate all rules consistently among guests
  • Administer and vend Lifetime and MFRC membership packages
  • Assist with Ice Rink building and tear down
  • Other duties as assigned by management
