Overview
Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Personal Trainer to help members achieve their health goals. The role combines client experience and sales excellence in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations- Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
- Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach as directed by the Marketing Director.
- Post on the club’s social media accounts to enhance engagement.
- Focus on member experience, including follow‑up to members and prospects.
- Conduct fitness consultations, including pre‑participation screening, medical history, and goal setting.
- Administer body scan technology and interpret results.
- Deliver pre‑designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
- Monitor and assist members to ensure safe performance of exercises and proper use of equipment.
- Keep the club and equipment clean and well maintained.
- Analyze club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
- Encourage members to achieve their goals and provide accountability.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
- Remain current on industry certifications, continuing education, and trends.
This is a part‑time, hourly position. Business days are Monday through Friday, with some evenings and Saturdays required. Flexible scheduling is available.
Travel & Physical DemandsTravel demands: less than 5% annually. Physical demands: the Personal Trainer spends much of the day in their office and on their feet; must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Education & Experience Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Personal Training Certificate preferred.
- Reimbursement program available to help you become certified.
- CPR, First Aid and AED certification preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Self‑starter and team player.
- Knowledge of PC software packages such as MS Office.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Base hourly wage plus commission.
