Youth Soccer Coach

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required). The role involves leading children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) and enjoys working with kids. This position is excellent for someone with an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

New coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Maintain a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate success.
• Enjoy the coaching experience, remain open‑minded, accept feedback and attend regular trainings to follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre‑schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach’s primary residence, they may be required to travel up to an hour to a class location.

• High school diploma with some college (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Availability most Monday–Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Ability to be physically active, punctual and organized.
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old.
• Demonstrated history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking.
