Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (Hours vary by route)

The Learning Experience is seeking a responsible and safety-focused School Bus Driver to provide safe transportation for children to and from our childcare center and local schools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values safety, and is looking for a reliable, weekday-only driving position.

• Safely transport children along designated routes for morning, midday, and afternoon schedules.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
• Assist children entering and exiting the vehicle to ensure safe boarding procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs as required by the center and state regulations.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff through professional and friendly communication.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years (required).
• Previous experience transporting children or driving professionally preferred.
• Ability to pass all background checks and medical/drug screenings required by state childcare regulations.
• CDL license preferred (if required by your vehicle type); otherwise non-CDL applicants may be accepted depending on center needs.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to child safety at all times.
