Logistics Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator ( LC ) at JHR Solutions in Moon, PA. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all operational activities to support the  life cyle of a load , including customer rapport building, quoting, order entry, carrier procurement, tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively. This person is extremely organized, has a high motor and the ability to prioritize and knock down multiple tasks in a given day.

The LC is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Task management and prioritization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred
