- Experience-based CPM rates:
- 0–11 months: $0.66 CPM
- 12–23 months: $0.67 CPM
- 24–35 months: $0.68 CPM
- 36–59 months: $0.69 CPM
- 60–83 months: $0.72 CPM
- 84–119 months: $0.73 CPM
- 120–179 months: $0.75 CPM
- 180+ months: $0.76 CPM
Mileage-band pay
- 0–50 miles: $50
- 51–95 miles: $60
- 96–115 miles: $75
- 116–130 miles: $80
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout
- First load: $250
- 30 days: $250
- 60 days: $500
- 90 days: $1,000
- 120 days: $500
- 150 days: $500
- 180 days: $1,000
Bonus payments require the driver to be an active company driver at each payout milestone. Bonus terms may be modified or canceled with appropriate notice.
Job Details- Dedicated local dry van and refrigerated freight operation
- Starting location: 10417 James Madison Highway, Gordonsville, VA 22942
- Delivery territory includes Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
- Approximately 1,600–1,700 miles per week
- No-touch freight with live unloads
- Newer slip-seat day cabs
- Drivers must provide reliable transportation to and from the distribution center
- Home daily
- Five days on, followed by two days off
- Same two days off each week; weekends off are not available
- 48-hour reset
- Shifts typically last 11–14 hours
- Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum background of 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months

- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting
- Commitment to safety and customer service
- 24/7 on-site support
- Vacation:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
- 4 weeks after 15 years
