Warehouse Worker – Full Time (Clear Brook, VA)

Shift Options

• Weekend Shift: Thursday – Sunday, 8am – 6:30pm
• Mid Shift 1:
  Monday – Friday, 11am – 7:30pm
• Mid Shift 2:
  Monday – Friday, 12pm – 8:30pm
• Mid Shift 3:
  Monday – Friday, 1pm – 9:30pm
• $18.25/hr plus additional shift differential depending on selected shift.

What You’ll Do

• Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment.
• Participate in the Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts by staying active on the job.
• Receive on‑the‑job training and certification to operate power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

What You’ll Need

• Entry‑level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Capability to lift 20–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift without assistance.

Compensation

Base pay of $18.25/hr plus shift differential. Eligible for additional incentive pay up to approximately $1.75/hr based on performance.

Additional Notes

Shifts may change and will be discussed at the time of interview. In high‑demand situations, work beyond scheduled times may occur to meet customer needs; schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.
