Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth shipping and receiving processes. Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management using specialized software to ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging items securely according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and optimizing storage solutions
• Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related logistics roles; familiarity with warehouse distribution is preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management software, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory tracking
• Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with trade compliance and international trade regulations is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners when needed
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and e-commerce distribution practices
• Physical ability to load & unload shipments regularly using pallet jacks or other equipment; capable of standing, lifting, bending, and walking throughout shifts
