Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

This position will fulfill the following warehouse functions:
Forklift Operations and Inventory Control. Furthermore, this position will support Rigger responsibilities as needed, such as rigging loads under 75-110 Rough Terrain cranes in the lay-down yard The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate lift trucks (primarily Sit-Down Forklifts) to move, stack, or load/unload materials in a safe manner.
• Utilize order picking systems to accurately fulfill orders.
• Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Collect and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and movements.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate material handling.
• Utilize e-commerce platforms, such as Smartsheet, to track and analyze inventory data.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying quantities and checking for damaged goods.
• Rigging loads under 75-100 Rough Terrain cranes in the lay-down yard (as needed).

• Must have 3+ years experience safely operating a forklift.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with different types of forklifts, particularly sit-down forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
