Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Employability Skills Faculty at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Employability Skills Faculty will be responsible for conducting Employability Skills training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications
Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
Expertise in time management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in teaching methods, curriculum design, and training delivery
Analytical skills for assessing and evaluating student performance and progress
Ability to motivate students and foster a positive learning environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Management, or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
Familiarity with industry trends and employability challenges for engineering graduates.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or career guidance is a plus.
