Counselor, Academic Advising & Student Services, Education ​/ Teaching

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Counselor for UK and Ireland admissions to join our Vizag team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of international education, and the ability to guide students through the complete study abroad process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study opportunities in the UK and Ireland
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable universities and programs.
Provide accurate information on admissions, eligibility, scholarships, tuition fees, and visa requirements.
Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation and SOP guidance.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure timely application submissions and offer follow-ups.
Guide students on visa filing, financial documents, and pre-departure requirements.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through calls, Whats App, email, and in-person counseling.
Achieve monthly counseling, application, and enrollment targets.
Update student records accurately in the CRM/system.
Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities conducted by the company.
Build strong relationships with students and parents by delivering a high-quality counseling experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in UK, Ireland counseling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently.
Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of university application portals and visa procedures.
