BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY) We are seeking a dynamic Parent Relationship Executive who should be able to foster strong relationships between the institution and the parents, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns, facilitating communication and promoting positive interactions. She should be able to guide parents in choosing the best educational experience for their children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective families.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first point of contact for parents and provide detailed information about the School programs, facilities, and policies.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every prospect.

• Conduct school tours and facilitate admissions meetings with parents.

• Manage the complete admission process, including application collection, documentation, and enrollment.

• Coordinate with the school administration team to track admission targets and maintain accurate admission records.

• Assist parents with fee-related queries and payment processes.

• Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and workshops/parent seminars to attract potential families.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.

• Call and schedule meetings with prospective parents whenever required.

• Effective presentation of school to parents, so as to help them take decision on admission.

• Counsel parents on admission policies and procedures and work towards converting leads into admissions.

• Nurture the relationship with parents and assist transition of child into school.

• Facilitate effective communication channels between faculty, staff and parents, ensuring timely and clear information dissemination.

• Play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, both for students and parents, by actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.

• Ensuring admission records are updating including School for all the admissions.

• Carryout allocated administrative tasks such as coordination for school events, field trips, coordination with graphics teams for creatives / social media postings, etc.

• Responsible for monitoring and managing the school’s ticketing system, ensuring that all concerns raised by parents are acknowledged, assigned to the appropriate department, and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements /

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Proven experience in admission counselling or customer service (experience in early education is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
