PMC Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on sales orders, forecasts, and delivery requirements.
Plan and monitor production progress for injection molding machines, modules, and key assemblies.
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and schedule changes.
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) according to production schedules and BOMs.
Monitor material inventory levels, lead times, and shortages for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of critical materials.
Control inventory turnover and reduce excess or obsolete materials.
Act as a communication bridge between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production.
Support engineering change management (ECN/ECR) from a planning and material impact perspective.
Participate in production meetings and provide planning and material status updates.
Maintain accurate production and material planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
Prepare reports on production efficiency, material availability, delivery performance, and inventory status.
Analyze planning data and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven PMC / production planning experience in machinery, injection molding machines, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
Solid understanding of BOM, MRP, production processes, and inventory control.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
