Job SummaryProvide project management and departmental support that meets or exceeds team members’ and management’s expectations. Provide timely and concise verbal and written communications, and promptly respond to requests. Employ sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project and divisional and regional profitability goals and establish/ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met. Support and engage in a collaborative work environment between internal company disciplines.
Build trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in Compass data entry. Process buyout Purchase Orders, EZparts, components website orders, manage backlog, generate customer PO’s and other divisional or departmental specific documents.
- Assist with reporting: BI, Compass, expense, Project Review, and Claims/SR’s.
- Process invoicing, receiving, and match holds.
- Organize department meetings, events, and meals, make travel arrangements and conference registrations, etc.
- Provide administrative assistance by ordering department supplies, updating phone list, Org chart, SharePoint, and document center.
- Issue warranties.
- Purchase orders to suppliers, invoice approvals, preparing accurate backlog and making system adjustments for project reviews, organizing food/drink for department meetings/events.
- Processing credits & SRs within allotted time frames.
- Maintaining budget for office related expenses & purchases.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree, 2‑year technical degree, or office management certificate.
$50,040 – $75,060
