Job Summary
The Sales Support Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating the sales, returns, and exchanges of Patterson animal health products and services. Additionally, incumbent acts as a liaison and a source of information for key stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, operations, sales, and leadership teams.

Accurately processes returns, credits, and customer rebills
Assists sales representatives and leadership with reporting needs
Serves as a reliable source of information for customers and field team
Supplements customer contact in absence of a Territory Manager
Works in conjunction with both Operations Manager and sales management to enable strong cross-functional processes
Prepares quotes, proposals, and ensures the full execution of contracts
Maintains accurate customer and order logs, records, and files
Tracks customer accounts and manages order fulfillment process
Tracks customer rebates and requests credit on accounts or payment by checks
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; and minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service and/or sales support position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to remain organized and deliver accurate results in a work environment with rapidly shifting priorities
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business-related field
Physical Demands
Operating a computer and/or other office devices for the majority of the workday
May occasionally need to move packages up to 40 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with key stakeholders, including coworkers, customers, and vendors
Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents
Environmental Factors
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services
Travel and On-call
This position requires minimal travel in a regional area, as determined by business need
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.$22.60 - $27.64
