College of the Sequoias accepts applications for part-time adjunct faculty pools to teach in the Certified Nursing Assistant Program within its Allied Health Department continuously. Screening committees will conduct the screening of candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not assure an interview. If the department does not have an immediate need, applications remain in queue until re‑rostered or for one year in active status.

Part-time adjunct faculty assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center. Duplicate applications—only the most recent will remain active for one year. These positions are temporary and do not accrue rights to tenure.

Job Duties Under the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of courses require face‑to‑face instruction. Adjunct faculty will also collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.

Qualifications The minimum qualifications for all disciplines may be found within the "Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges".
