College of the Sequoias Community College District accepts applications for part‑time adjunct faculty pools to teach Environmental Control Technology within its Industrial and Technology Department continuously. Screening committees will conduct screening of candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. If the department does not have an immediate need, applications remain in the queue for consideration until the need arises, or for one year in active status.

Part‑Time Adjunct Faculty assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center. If you submit a duplicate application, only your most recent will remain active for one year. Positions are temporary and do not accrue rights to tenure.

Under the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. Faculty must teach face‑to‑face classes and will collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed. Course listings are available in our Academic Catalog.

Minimum qualifications for all disciplines are outlined in the "Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges". Candidates should have a strong background related to Environmental Control Technology.
