I'm seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to be able to do load calculations, sizing HVAC unit, duct design and provide Title 24 if possible in order to submit to the City of Visalia. The main use is for a Laundry Mat Commercial Property. The rough size of the property is 1000 sqft (52.5'x19'). The Laundry mat has the following Dryers 8x 30lbs, 14x 45lbs and 2x 75lbs all located against the wall and exhaust to the top of the building.
The following are the dryers, 2x 80 lbs, 6x 60lbs, 10x 40lbs, 10x 30 lbs and 4x 20lbs washers all washers are located in the center of the building. Along the opposite wall of the washers only folding counter top exist to fold clothes. Please inquire about project if you have worked on something similar.
Q: Greetings! Are there Architectural drawings of the space? Also, name plates for each piece of Laundry Equipment would be very helpful. Is this a new tenant improvement? How is space plumbing system to be handled?
