The City of Visalia is recruiting for a Utility Locator to join our Public Works Department. This position reports to the Traffic Operations Supervisor and is responsible for identifying, locating, and marking the City’s utilities in accordance with California codes and City policies.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of locating underground utilities, experience with locating devices, map reading skills, and good written and oral communication.
