Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) in San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. Join our team in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism, contributing to our shared mission of Transforming Lives Together!

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases
Drive time and mileage reimbursement
Renewal of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Job Duties Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Full Time Childcare experience required
