Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. Pay

$21.00 - $25.00 / hour

What Will You Do?
  • Serve as the first point of contact for human resources and housing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate routing
  • Assist with scheduling new team member start dates, orientations, housing check‑ins, and onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and organize HR files, records, and documentation, supporting audits and compliance requirements
  • Support housing operations by assisting with events, inspections, transportation, and administrative duties, including shuttle driving as needed
  • Coordinate training sessions, participate in safety initiatives, and collect information related to team member injuries and accidents
  • Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
More About You
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior office or employee housing experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet all underwriting requirements for the company insurance plan
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
