- Equipment Configuration: Feed raw resin into hoppers, calibrate barrel heat settings, and ensure dies and screen packs are properly aligned.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor ongoing production cycles, such as extruded sheets or blown film bubbles, to ensure consistent gauge, width, and tensile strength outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Examine completed packaging for flaws, rips, or gauge inconsistencies to help maintain high product standards for our customers.
- Safety and Upkeep: Perform basic cleaning and clear minor obstructions to help foster a secure and efficient working environment for the entire team.
- Academic Background: Completion of high school or a GED; additional technical training in plastics manufacturing is considered an advantage.

Experience:
Open to candidates ranging from those starting as trainees to individuals with 3 or more years of direct experience operating co-extrusion or blown-film equipment. - Physical Requirements: Capability to remain standing throughout extended shifts, lift weights reaching 50 lbs (23 kg), and thrive in a warm, high-speed manufacturing setting.
