Overview

Registered Nurse Case Manager – Seva Hospice is a locally owned hospice provider serving terminally ill patients. This full‑time position primarily serves Tulare County and surrounding communities. The RN brings comfort, acceptance, and dignity to patients in their final days while providing expert symptom management and emotional support.

• Minimum one year nursing experience required
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side‑effects
• Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
• Proficient in reading/writing English
• Sound judgement and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature
• Cool‑tempered and patient
• Emotional/mental stability and stamina
• CA Registered Nurse license required
• Hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance
