RN Charge Nurse (Full-Time, NOC Shift) – 12‑Hour Shifts

Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA is looking for a dedicated registered nurse to serve as Charge Nurse for the Nocturnal Overnight Care (NOC) shift.

Pay: $40‑$55 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts.

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift.
• Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions, communicating changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment.

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
