Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab in Visalia, CA

This travel assignment enables Registered Nurses to broaden their expertise in a cath lab environment, learn innovative methodologies, and engage with distinguished healthcare professionals. Schedule/

Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment
  • Rotating day shifts, with occasional call requirements

Qualifications/

Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license (state of California or compact)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent cath lab experience
  • Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, assisting with diagnostic/interventional procedures, and patient recovery
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care before, during, and after cath lab procedures
  • Assist the interventional cardiology team with procedures such as angiograms, angioplasty, and stenting
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage sedation
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
  • Accurately document all care and interventions
