This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a patient population spanning all ages. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and structured protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area serves as a gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, offering access to hiking, biking, and whitewater rafting in the surrounding natural landscape. The pedestrian-friendly downtown features historic architecture, a microbrewery district, and cultural venues including the Fox Theatre, complemented by family attractions such as the ImagineU Children's Museum and Valley Strong Ballpark, home to the Rawhide minor league baseball team.

Clinicians on assignment will also find agritourism experiences along the Blossom and Orchard Trail, as well as the Forestiere Underground Gardens, providing a range of activities during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of typical primary care conditions across all age groups, with minor acute care presenting as needed.
