We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various cooking techniques, menu development, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards before serving.
• Participate in menu planning and development, offering suggestions for new dishes and seasonal changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring the kitchen is adequately supplied at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize workflow and maintain strong communication.
• Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and culinary skill development.
• Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Support special events and catering orders as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a cook or kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary arts.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects when necessary.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
