. This role is ideal for someone with solid forklift experience and a strong background in order picking

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload solar panel materials

• Accurately pick and stage orders based on work orders and inventory systems

• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing inbound shipments

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with warehouse team and supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift driving experience (certification required)

• Strong order picking experience in a warehouse setting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
